Acceptance of Terms
By using casinodecoded.com and its subdomains, you enter an agreement with the Casino Decoded editorial team on the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any clause, please discontinue use of the site.

1. Age
The casinodecoded.com site is intended exclusively for users over the age of 18 (or older, where the age of majority for gambling in your jurisdiction is higher — for example, 21+ in some US states). 7. Jurisdiction and legality of gambling

10. DMCA / copyright takedowns
We comply with the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act, US). Send infringement notices to legal@casinodecoded.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the disputed material on our site (URL)
- Claimant contact information
- Statement of good faith
- Statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority
- Electronic or physical signature
A counter-notice may be filed within 14 days of takedown.
11. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Pre-litigation: within 30 days, send a written claim to legal@casinodecoded.com describing the issue and desired remedy.
- Mediation: if direct resolution fails, refer to an independent mediator.
- Litigation: only after the first two steps are exhausted.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (jurisdiction of the operating legal entity). Disputes are heard in the courts of Nicosia, save for mandatory rules of the consumer's place of residence in the EU/EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions providing equivalent protection.
This clause does not deprive consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions of protections conferred by mandatory local law, including the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision with the closest commercial meaning.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between user and Casino Decoded regarding use of the site, and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
15. Notices
All legally significant notices to Casino Decoded must be sent to legal@casinodecoded.com and copied to editor@casinodecoded.com. The date of receipt is the date of dispatch unless otherwise confirmed by the recipient.
16. Changes
We may modify the Terms at any time. Last updated: 30 April 2026. Material changes are accompanied by a banner and a changelog entry in our public wiki. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
